  • For Windows operating systems, you must have either Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+ or Firefox 1.5+. For the Mac operating systems, you must have Mozilla Firefox 1.0.4.

Browser security settings must have ActiveX and Plug-ins enabled. Please follow the steps below:

  • In your internet browser window: Navigate Tools > Internet Options
  • Navigate the Security Tab > Custom Level
  • Scroll down to Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins and select Enable
  • Click OK

You must have a streaming media player installed on your computer. We recommend that you use Microsoft Windows Media Player 6.4 or later* to receive streaming media. Should you experience issues with your current version when viewing a stream please upgrade to the latest version. You can download the latest version of Windows Media Player.

*Please note. Users of Mac OS X operating systems should use Real Player 8 or later to view streaming media, as the current version of the codecs used to convert streaming to the Windows Media Player is not supported on the Mac OS X operating system.
