If you are running a previous version of the app from your mobile device/tablet you'll need to go to the app store and install the latest version.
  2. Install the app to your device and complete the first time set up.

Note

The screenshots in this guide show how the app looks on a mobile device; the visual layout may differ depending on the device used.

Join a scheduled meeting from the WebEx site:

  1. Click on the WebEx app from your mobile device/tablet to launch the WebEx site.
  2. Select the required meeting from your 'My Meetings' list.
  3. Click Start to launch the meeting.

Join a Personal Room from the WebEx site:

  1. Click on the WebEx app from your mobile device/tablet to launch the WebEx site.
  2. Click Join Meeting.
  3. Type in the meeting number (this is the nine digit meeting number unique to the Personal Room, not the chairperson or participant passcode), URL or Username of the meeting you want to join.
  4. Click Join.

You'll be connected to the WebEx meeting, this may take a few seconds.

  5. From within WebEx, you will see a 'Connect to Audio' pop up box (it may take a few seconds for this to display). Select the audio option Call Over Internet.

The BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice Mobile App* makes the audio connection then the user is returned to WebEx.

*When Call Over Internet is selected, the WebEx application checks to see whether the BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice mobile app is already installed. If the BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice Mobile App is not installed then the user will be prompted to install it.

Using earbuds

In order to hear and be heard most effectively we recommend that you use earbuds when connecting to BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice using the internet. You can use standard earbuds that ship with your mobile device/tablet, no special earbuds are needed.
