How do I log into WebEx?

To schedule and start your hosted meetings, and to access your account features, you must log-in to Meeting Center. If you are not the meeting host, but attending someone else's meeting, you do not need to log in to your site to attend the meeting, unless the meeting host specifies that all attendees must have a user account.

Logging into Meeting Center

1. Go to your Meeting Center website noted on your BT wallet card. (For BT-branded customers, this URL will be https://btc.webex.com.)
2. Click the button located in the upper right hand corner of the page.
3. Type your user name and password (found on your wallet card) into the Username and Password fields on the WebEx Meeting Center webpage.

   

4. (Optional.) If you would like to automatically log in to Meeting Center whenever you access it, check off the Save my user information for automatic login check box.
5. Click Log In

To log out from Meeting Center

To log out from your Meeting Center website, on the navigation bar at the top of the page, click Log Out.

If you have forgotten your user name or password

If you have forgotten either your user name or password, you can quickly obtain it by contacting the BT Helpdesk at 0800 77 88 77 or 1 617 801 6700 (International direct dial).
