Scheduling a Conference with the Outlook Add-in

You can schedule a conference with the Outlook Add-in three different ways:

  1. From the Outlook main screen
  2. From the Outlook message screen
  3. If you have more than one conference

Schedule a Conference from the Outlook main screen

  1. From the Microsoft® Outlook main screen, click on Schedule Conference on the Add-in. Schedule Conference
  2. View preview of conference invitation text to be inserted into your calendar appointment. Click on the Insert Into Invitation button when you are ready to continue. Insert Into Invitation
  3. Your conference invitation text has been pasted into a new Microsoft Outlook Calendar invitation. Outlook calendar invite

Scheduling a Conference from the Outlook message screen

  1. From an existing Outlook Calendar appointment or email, click on Schedule Conference on the Add-in.

  2. View preview of conference invitation text to be inserted into your calendar appointment. Click on the Insert Into Invitation button when you are ready to continue. Insert Into Invitation
  3. Your conference invitation text will be pasted into your existing Microsoft Outlook Calendar appointment or email. Text will be inserted at the point your cursor was previously blinking.Outlook calendar invite

Schedule a conference if you have more than one conference

  1. If you have more than one conference assigned to your account, you will be asked to choose which conference you want to schedule when use the Add-in to schedule a conference. Schedule Conference
  2. After you choose a conference, you will be taken to the Add-in Preview Screen.Insert Into Invitation
